Although it is a constructed language, it is used for communication. Arkian is the official language of the micro-community Ark.
Language sources: It ancestor, hiberiir cid, is an a priori constructed fictional diachronic language. It has one unique feature; it is a partially ungrammaticalized language.
An a priori constructed language is taken as a source, with main intention to create agglutination and to incorporate some original features.
Arkian has some unique features like indefinite animate gender, rich adverbial system, frame-clause construction and so on.
