EL is a multi-method language based on ideographics read with each user's native language; each ideograph is linked to a hand sign. EL has phonetics and rational systems for naming and abbreviation too. For all these functions, it uses only 89 bases including grammatical signs and numerals; each fundamental symbol is visually understandable based on a common element of human recognition and the earth.

Language sources: The Chinese character system and the traditional hand-sign language are the main sources.

For future world peace, to support the real democracy: protecting and encouraging all languages/cultures while working for global communication, leaving out no linguistic minority of the world, including deaf people. To raise objective thoughts beyond cultures. To help a communication at any difficult emergency.
