EL is a multi-method language based on ideographics read with each user's native language; each ideograph is linked to a hand sign. EL has phonetics and rational systems for naming and abbreviation too. For all these functions, it uses only 89 bases including grammatical signs and numerals; each fundamental symbol is visually understandable based on a common element of human recognition and the earth.
Language sources: The Chinese character system and the traditional hand-sign language are the main sources.
