Lijou began on a email list but is now on LiveJournal.

Mostly replacing English words and phrases and making English phonetic, but also creation of some unique phrases. The intention is eventually to have a very unique language.
The excitement at the beginning of the project has seemed to die down but others are welcomed to join and contribute.
