Introduction
Austral is a language of French Polynesia. It is spoken in Austral (Tubuai) Islands.
Dialects
Raivavae, Rimatara, Rurutu, Tubuai. Mutually intelligible with Tahitian (See: Tahitian). Currently Raivavae, Rurutu, Tubuai and Rimatara dialects considered as dialects of Tahitian.
