Introduction
Melanau, Central is a language of Malaysia. It is spoken in Sarawak, 3rd division, Rejang delta coastal area to Balingian river. Also in Brunei.
Dialects
Balingian, Bruit, Dalat (Dalad), Igan, Mukah-Oya (Muka, Mukah, Oga, Oya, Oya’), Prehan, Sarikei, Segahan, Segalang, Siteng. Balingian dialect is linguistically quite distinct from others.
